Try some FREE introductory classes which use martial arts exercises to improve chronic pain issues, strengthen the core muscles and practical self-defense. 

Tai Chi is more than just slow moving exercises and martial arts is more than kicking and punching.  Martial arts can be the ultimate cross-fit training program, in that most of the exercises can be executed at basic to advanced levels for the individual's own benefit.
