I am presenting a Qigong, Tai chi & Baguazhang introductory class and lecture coming Tuesday, January 9th 6pm-7:30pm; save the date. Come late if needed. All adult ages are welcome.

Come and participate in some exercises or just listen to learn about some fascinating concepts that can dramatically change your life in a short amount of time. The 5 Element Theory, acupressure, auricular therapy, core training with bilateral exercises, the Horary Cycle, chronic pain management, meditation. energy amplification and many other topics of discussion will be addressed as time allows. Future class formats will be detailed.

Our gracious host will be Bear Lake United Methodist at 1010 Bear Lake Rd, Apopka, FL 32703. This event and future classes have no religious connection other than the church has space for me to rent. Bring a friend or 2, loose fitting clothing, a bottle of water and an open mind to try and learn something possibly new to you. More info will be posted here and at www.mindandbodymartialarts.com

I am looking to expand my class schedule this year with the possibility of new locations, 1/2 day, full day and weekend events.  If you are at all interested in pursuing the basic or advanced education, consider initiating a class.
